Accellera releases PSS 3.0 with behavioral coverage

Accellera announced board approval and immediate availability of Portable Test and Stimulus Standard 3.0. Its principal addition is behavioral coverage, which specifies action-order and data combinations that generated scenarios should exercise. The release also adds cooperative multitasking, address-space groups, and mapping of PSS lists to SystemVerilog.
