Accellera publishes UVM 2020-3.2 reference implementation

Accellera lists UVM 2020-3.2 as its August 2026 reference-implementation release for IEEE 1800.2-2020. The distributed README documents fixes to register-model name lookup, object-printer cycles, compatibility APIs, and core initialization callbacks. This is a UVM library update, not a new edition of IEEE 1800.2 or UVM-MS.
