ROHM authors report SystemVerilog DPI-C model reuse in model-based mixed-signal IC verification
ROHM authors report using Model-Based Design for mixed-signal IC development and early specification verification. For MEMS and sensor IC work, they describe generating a SystemVerilog DPI-C model from a Simulink MEMS model and using it in the Cadence environment to validate an IC containing analog amplifiers, ADCs, and digital processing logic before sign-off. The article also describes an internal Model-Based Design Group that maintains reusable modeling assets and guidance.
