Synopsys reports real-number-model support in an AMS emulation prototype

A Synopsys publication reports that four years of DARPA POSH work produced an AMS emulation prototype capable of running digital logic, real-number analog models, and software together. It reports a 97-fold speedup over simulation on one customer design and says commercialization was planned for 2023; it does not establish that the planned product release occurred.
