Toshiba reports a reduced-order mixed-signal model for automotive heat and electromagnetic-interference verification
Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage published an automotive verification case using its Accu-ROM reduced-order modeling method to derive a VHDL-AMS model from SPICE behavior for an electric-power-steering system. Toshiba reports reducing the reference simulation from 32 hours 51 minutes to 3 hours 27 minutes while reproducing the compared motor-current, temperature, and electromagnetic-interference behavior.
