Infineon connects a mixed-signal gate-driver virtual prototype to its post-silicon lab automation
An Infineon Automotive Power ETS paper described a MATLAB/Simulink virtual prototype for an automotive mixed-signal gate-driver IC, combining a digital FSM/SPI register model with analog modules including PMU, charge pump and gate-control circuitry. The prototype reused pre-silicon top-level models and was fully controlled from the existing lab automation environment used later for post-silicon verification, with measurement-hardware limitations modeled in the virtual setup.
