NXP and university authors report accelerated sigma-delta modulator linearity evaluation
An ISCAS 2025 paper by Eindhoven University of Technology and NXP authors reports a model-based method for evaluating fourth-order sigma-delta-modulator linearity in Simulink. For the presented study, the authors report comparable linearity accuracy using 5,000× fewer bitstream samples and describe the resulting gain in statistical coverage. This is a bounded joint research result, not evidence of deployment across NXP programs.
